I had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is convenient for traveling north through Germany and the staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. However, I did have a bizarre incident with one staff member who was quite rude. The dining was good, but I wish they had more options for plant-based diets. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly spot, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
